Q. Can the flowers be delivered the
same day I place the order?
A. Yes. But we recommend placing orders at
least 24 hours in advance of requested
delivery date.
Q. What if the recipient is not at
home when the flowers are delivered?
A. We will leave a note on the door
and attempt delivery later. Or, if our
driver determines that it is safe to leave
them with a neighbor, we will do so.
Q. How do I know that my order was
received and will be delivered.
A. When your order has been scheduled
for delivery, we will send an email
confirmation. If you do not receive further
contact from us, then your flowers were
taken to the address for delivery on the day
your confirmation states. Please read the
previous question for orders delivered when
nobody is home.
